I was just looking at the Escape, CRV and VUE comparison article in the latest issue of MOTOR TREND magazine. Motor Trend calls the Escape a 4X4 and they say it has 4 wheel drive. Ford calls it a 4X4. If someone else wants to call it a flying pig, I don't care. Just don't tell me I can't call it what Ford and auto professionals call it.
